1-year limited factory warranty and/or (optional) 2-years extended warranty for $49.99 add-on.

For customers who purchased the two years extended warranty without any claim in the two years, there will be extra $49.99 credits used upon the next purchase.

The warranty period commences upon the date of purchase and continues for the following specified period after that date.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The liability of REC is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty.

The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused by misuse, neglect, and tampering, or incorrect adjustment.

The warranty is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs.

We offer free shipping within North America on all orders over $300. For orders below $300, shipping and handling cost will be applied.

We try our best to fulfill and ship out all orders placed before 2:00PM (Pacific Standard Time) on the same business day. If an order is processed after 2:00PM or over the weekend, it will be shipped out on the next business day.

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are unhappy with your unit, we will refund your money.
Opened & Unused Restocking Fee: 5% ; Opened & Used Restocking Fee: 15%
We will process refund within maximum 4 business day.

We fully stand behind our products and are absolutely confident that they will meet and exceed your highest expectations. However, if you are unhappy with your unit, simply contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. and we'll get the return process started for you.
For warranty, we provide a return label only for dead-on-arrival units & if customer contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
How to Return an Item
To return an item purchased from Our Online Shop, please adhere to the following guidelines:

The return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase.

Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Contact us via email or leave a message in the website message box within 7 days of the delivery date, providing your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item
